(Last nine - Superb) Perfectly
center, fresh color.
- N1
(Last nines - the 1st quality) Without hinge, well
center, equal margins. (VFNH).
- N2
(Last nines - the 2nd quality) Without hinges,
margins unequalled on one or two dimensions compared
to the other. (FNH).
- N3
(Last nines - the 3rd quality) Without hinge, not
center, the serration touches the drawing on one or
two dimensions.

(Last nines - With hinge), 4 margins visible.
Uses:
- S
(Last nine - Superb) Perfectly center, fresh color.

- U1
(Use - the 1st quality) Well center, equal margins,
light stamped.
- U2
(Use - the 2nd quality) Margins unequalled on one or
two dimensions compared to the dimension opposes.
- U3
(Use - the 3rd quality) Not center, the serration
touches the drawing on one or two dimensions.
- U
(Use) average centering, 4 visible margins.
Note:
The
stamps stamped by an understandable circular seal
mentioning the date and or the the city sending are not
current in every country and order one been worth more
equalize has that accorded to a new stamp without hinge.
