1 - Purchase of goods

when you send offer in email auction, you have to include in your email the information bellow:

your name, your postal address, your email address and the price you wish to buy the item.

we will contact you to finalize the transaction.

The transaction is considered final after the payment.

3 - Sending of goods

The orders are prepared with the maximum of care; nevertheless the stamps not being appropriate, could be turned over under eight days, they will be exchanged to you or refunded.

The goods will be dispatched with the risks and dangers of the purchaser, by mail postal recorded after the integral payment of the known as goods.

The expenses of sending and handling are in load of the purchaser.

4 - Return of goods

A replacement of goods will be made if the purchaser warns us have the expiry of the fifteen days period of the sending.
